Hello, my name is Frank McPherson. I am a technology consultant for Hewlett-Packard, working in Detroit, Michigan, and author of several books about handheld computers, the most recent being “How To Do Everything With Windows Mobile.” My writing has also appeared in Pocket PC Magazine, and several web sites, including RealPersonalComputing.com and SocialTimes.com.
My wife Ruth and I live in West Bloomfield, MI, and are members of Hope Lutheran Church. At Hope I am Director Of Communication, a worship leader, and play french horn in the church orchestra. I am originally from Norway, Michigan, which is in Michigan’s Upper Penninsula. (The header graphic on this site was taken at Piers Gorge, which is near Norway.) In 1989 I graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. degree in Computer Science.
